![]() ![]() I have the brightness that I like, the sustain is incredible & the volume is too. I installed them that evening, and they are all that you promised in quality, feel, & sound. I just wanted you to know that I ordered them per your recommendation on 11/5 to include your "Extra Fast" shipping, as I am gigging this weekend with my Bluegrass band, had broken my G-string, and was left with a less than adequate 3-string bass! I wanted to let you know that I received my new strings the next day, 11/6. One of your recommendations was the D'Addario Helicore Pizzicato. I contacted you on 11/4 asking for a recommendation for some new strings for my 1964 Kay upright, and you responded with a few qualifying questions, then made a couple of recommendations. The strings sound great and smooth enough to really let the fingers motor along.
